+ - How soon can I expect my order?

All items ordered and paid for will ship within 1-3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) unless otherwise noted in the description of the product or on our website.

For LK Orders: We primarily ship through an outsourced company. After shipping, please allow another 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.

For International Orders: Please allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. Usually, it will arrive sooner, but customs departments do have the right to hold items and there is not much we can do about this. Also, we do not pay for anything to be released from customs to you.

+ - Can I change my order?

Please contact support@thersw.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request however there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is placed.

+ - Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

+ - Can I return my order?

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, Body Glow by RSW, Love Locks by RSW and Man Mane by The RSW reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds.

In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.

+ - Can I exchange my product?

We apologize but we currently do not offer exchanges, all sales are final.

+ - Is everything that you make really natural?

Yes! We use the finest natural ingredients we can find. This includes herbs, butter, clay, sea salts, and natural oils.

+ - Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

Other than our peppermint hair oil, and Peppermint food scrub, All other products should be safe to use, but we do recommend that you consult your physician to be sure these products align with your pregnancy plan.

+ - Do your products contain any nut oils?

Yes, some of our products contain nut oils, please read the ingredient list mentioned on our shop page.

+ - What if my toner/ Mist/hair perfume looks cloudy?

Toners, Hair perfumes, and Mists all contain Aloe Water. Since this is a natural, unprocessed ingredient, every batch of Aloe Water that comes to us varies slightly in cloudiness, resulting in variations of cloudiness/clarity in each batch we make. This cloudiness does not make the product less effective or less pure, it is simply a result of the natural look of the Aloe Water itself.

+ - What is the shelf life of your products?

Since our products are truly all-natural and we do not use any unnatural preservatives at all, our products do have a shelf life of typically 12 months. If our products are kept out of direct sunlight and at room temperature or below, they will stay fresher longer. All of our liquid products include a totally natural preservative. In the rare case that you purchase one of our products and find that it is not at its freshest point, please email us so we can handle this on a case-by-case basis. + - Where do you source your materials from?

The majority of our ingredients are sourced from within Sri Lanka, India, UK, and the US. We do research to make sure our ethics align with those we source from.

+ - Are your products made in Sri Lanka?

Yes, all of our products are handmade in our production facility in Colombo.
